January 14, 2021

Congratulations to Superintendents Rich Bestul, Charlie Lee, and Robbie Gawboy!

Superintendents Rich Bestul, Charlie Lee and Robbie Gawboy completed a comprehensive risk assessment and management training for infection control in complex healthcare renovation and expansion projects. The certification not only provides experience in mitigating potential impacts to patients and healthcare services from construction and maintenance scopes of work, but also encompasses potential risks to operational systems, services, patient satisfaction and staffing concerns.

Nor-Son has extensive experience in healthcare renovations, particularly in rural Minnesota and North Dakota. Infection control, life safety and disruption avoidance are all reviewed in conjunction and collaboration with each healthcare facility’s administration prior to any construction activities performed.
