Dear Nor-Son Family,

At Nor-Son, Inc the well-being, health, and safety of all of our employees, customers, and partners is our top priority.

With the onset of COVID-19 we have ramped up efforts to improve cleanliness, placed hand sanitizer around all of our offices, especially in high-traffic areas, as well as jobsites. Our leadership team is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our team has received information on the importance of washing their hands and staying home, or isolated if they feel that they are exhibiting symptoms or have thought they have been in contact with someone who has been infected by COVID-19.  Today we have no one isolated or showing symptoms. We have also empowered our team to make appropriate, responsible decisions regarding business in our communities and meetings.

We have closed our offices in both Baxter and Wayzata to any visitors, and our employees are now working remote.

Jobsites are fully operating, and we have put in place measures to limit traffic to only owners, vendors working, and essential personnel.  No visitors to the jobsites will be allowed.

Our vendors are giving up-to-date information on any potential impacts on supply chain. As of this letter, we have not been made aware or experienced any material supply issues related to our work.

Like so many of you, we have spent the last few weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and planning for its impact. For Nor-Son, Inc this means understanding how it can affect our employees, customers, and our communities. Keeping that in mind, we continue to make several moves in our businesses in response to the threat of COVID-19.

Nor-Son, Inc will continue to monitor the situation closely. We will do what we can to do our part in keeping our employees, their families, and our communities safe.

Stay safe & best regards,

Andy Anderson
