Event Pavilion at Madden’s under construction!

Nor-Son Construction broke ground last fall on a new 13,120 sq. ft. event pavilion at Madden’s Resort on Gull Lake. The pavilion will have a 250-person capacity with both round table and farmhouse style banquet seating. Supportive spaces to include a cook line and buffet with flat-top grills, rotisserie cookers, smoker and beverage station. The open sided pavilion will have radiant heat panels above to use during the fall months, as well as a stone, wood burning fireplace as the focal point.
This is the second major project Nor-Son has done with the resort, previously rebuilding the Voyageur Town Homes after the two buildings were destroyed after 2015 storm that hit the Brainerd Lakes Area.
